The breathtaking sea view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! The warm pool was perfect in the evenings and the Italian food in the restaurant was top-notch. The private path directly to the beach was a convenient plus and the buses nearby made getting around easy.
The beds were a bit too hard for our liking and the private descent to the beach was quite steep and required good physical condition. the air conditioning in the room had an extra charge which was a bit disappointing.

The Hotel is simple and comfortable with all the basic needs. It is quiet, even when busy. The owner, Brita, speaks excellent English and is a fountain of knowledge. The home cooked food is brilliant value and very tasty, but you must order early in the day and not at the last minute. The location is perfect: above Poseiodn, and just a few minutes bus ride to all the key attractions. We tried the massage with Stepahano and it was exceptional. The hands of a true healer, and worth every penny.

Great location overlooking Citara Beach and Poseiden Hot Springs. Friendly staff . Great thermal pool at hotel. Ask for car transfer from Forio Port to hotel.
Hard pillows - I think this is an Italian thing. They do not accept Visa or Maestro. Some staff speaks English.

We loved the amazing view from our room and the breakfast area. The hotel is perched high on a mountain, offering breathtaking vistas of the sea and sunset. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, and the well-maintained garden added to the charm. The short walk to the beach, although involving around 200 stairs, was totally worth it.
Could not be improved in any way.

I did not like anything. I do not advise anyone to go there.
The room we received was terrible: it has no window, was near the kitchen, the noise was extremly disturbing from 6 o'clock in the morning untill late in the evening, and the lady from the reception was catastrophe women, very rude. I would not go there not even for free.....and I surely do not recomend this hotel to anyone

Nice view of the sea. Close to the gardens of Poseidon. Close to bus stop. WiFi available in the hotel lobby
Although there is a shuttle to the gardens of Poseidon, but go on schedule, that's not always convenient. Towels were sometimes severe.

The hotel's location provides wonderful views from most rooms and the restaurant. Shuttle service is provided for beach and spa. The staff is very friendly and concerned about the guests' needs. Good local food is served at a resonable price.
The first room given was rather small, but it was changed on request to a better one.

We enjoyed the stunning sea view from our balcony and the fact that the hotel was located near the beach. the breakfast offered a good selection of food, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries.
The staff was unhelpful and sometimes even rude. the pool was dirty and the water was unclear.

I took this hotel as a base for discovering island Ischia and its surroundings. Big advantage of the hotel is the closeness to the spa center Poseidon gardens.
Very problematic feeder road from the main street to the hotel parking place without any advance warning. Plenty of cars has been seriously demaged using this very narrow and steep way.

The location of the hotel was great, being near the sea and offering a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. It was just a short walk to the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand. the room itself was comfortable, with a nice breeze coming through the open doors and a small but suitable size for our needs.
The service we received from the staff. Their unhelpfulness and rudeness, as mentioned in some reviews, left a negative impression on us.

The staff was extremely helpful and gave great reccomendation for dinner in town. I also loved having breakfast included in the price.
Was underwhelmed with the room, the pictures on the website made the rooms look a lot nicer than they really were.
